The Xbox 360 has an on-board graphics processing unit so in order to switch it out with another one you would have to replace the entire motherboard..

If it is damaged or not working you could try sending it into Microsoft.

It is possible to swap out the GPU with another one, but it requires some expensive equipment.

If you're still under warranty, ship it to Microsoft. if not, ship it to someone who does reballs (they'll be able to replace the chip with a preballed one).
