I really don't want to spend an extra $100 on my PC build for Windows 7. I heard everyone just gets it for free but is it safe? And how would I get it? Should I just go ahead and buy it to be safe?

because I payed for Windows 7 ultimate.....
As long as it has good ratings and the comments are all based on "Legit works fine 10/10" like I see on some websites, then its fine to use.
