What did you search for? Is it possible to locate function names as well? And I have already weeded out all other possible files. The xex is the last place.
I was searching for things relating to what you are looking for and couldn't find anything, but like I said before, I'm not experienced in this field so I could be wrong.

I appreciate the help. Just so I know, what specifically did you search for? Could you search for CompleteAll, AddItem, or descriptionName?

I believe you have misunderstood my objective. I have a JTAG but hardly touch it. I am not looking for someone to mod something FOR me. Instead I need someone with xex modding experience to help me create a new retail mod. I've updated my OP with an example.

Aww my bad, if you still need help send me a pm and I'll try help you.

Are you experienced with decompiling xex files?

I have the original default.xex patched with the latest update. I have also already uncompressed/unencrypted it. I think I opened it properly with IDA, but I am completely lost after that. If you know how to use IDA well, then you could definitely help me.

Thanks very much. I have contacted the few of those people you mentioned that are still active and relevant.
