No only way to do anything such as account stuff on BO2 is recovery only.

Well .. good luck with that. The only way do get yourself a BO2 Unlock All by asking a legitiment hoster to do yourself a recovery .. but t=your not allowed to do recoverys. .. so good luck.

Or install shop on your retail,bypass update and dupe your stats.
Works for Ghosts and Blops 2.
