I have a request from someone and am not sure what to do they want me to make something like this for them is there anyway someone could explain how to make this or any ideas on what to use.

If you don't even know how to start based on the brief given,
i wouldn't even bother. Ask them to get someone else

Its a simple text with gradient over it with shapes in a different colors overlayed on top of the text. Dont put that much thought into it. The G on FOGG the pink bar has no curve on it so its just overlayed on it.
