Hey guys i know theres a couple of posts for this topic but I couldnt find any helpful solutions in my case. I cant connect xbox neighborhood to my rgh. Here are the things I've done so far:
devlink is enabled
rgh and laptop are connected to same router.
xbdm is plugged in
ftpserv is enabled
firewall disabled on laptop

When I try to put my ip address or the name "jtag" in neighborhood it keeps popping up as cant be found. Really need some help because it seems like i've done everything correct.

After you put the xbdm.xex plugin on make sure to reboot your console.

Ok,
so everything with neighborhood is case sensitive so you have to name it "Jtag" otherwise it won't find the console.
Now you can also goto the connection info tab on the system settings and check the local ip that was setup for the console and try connecting to it through neibhorhood via that.

Also you don't have to disable your laptops entire firewall. Word of advice is to have that enabled :p Devlink and ftpserv aren't necessarily needed to connect to the console. So unless you use those features you could disable those as well.

Make sure you are using (WIRED INTERNET) and sometimes you will need to turn off xbox and internet for 15minutes, then when you get back online go on (XEX MENU) and get the (IP) address off (XEX MENU)

1) You do not need to use wired Internet

2) Maybe you need to bridge connections if your using a Ethernet to your PC

3) Make sure the plugin is saved in Dashlaunch

4) If it still does not work just go to XeXMenu and type the IP they supply you.
