hello, i recently got an error with my R-jtaged console where i would get the E71 error on boot up after placing the plugin for xbox 360 neighborhood.
This is how i fixed it.

What you need:
USB thumb drive un-configured to your xbox
a clean launch.ini ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )

Method in steps
1.download and place the launch.ini in you're thumb drive
2.remove your xbox 360 Hdd (hardrive)
2.boot up your console with out your USB or HDD pluged in
3.turn of your console
4.boot up console with You're USB pluged in (same resaults as part 2)
5.turn of your console
6.boot up console with USB and HDD pluged in
you now have your console temporarily fixed
7.load xex menu and replace your launch.ini on your HDD with your new one on your USB
You have now fixed your console completely
