That wouldn't work because

1. I know for a fact that the police wont do nothing, it's too small of a crime to deal with. I also heard that it's not even considered a crime providing they don't cause any $ worth of damage, meaning they can do it to gamers but not businesses etc.

2. I'm not 100% sure but I am fairly certain your ISP is not allowed to disclose such information anyway.

If it's a DDoS, it's going through the ISP, which is interfering with their business (since you're a customer being hit offline). It's possible to get a case files and for them to get a warning to the 13 yr old's parents lol

Not really, it goes through their router, and it just spams it until its done. Also legal action may occur if you hold them offline (DDoSing them for a long time).

I hate that tool. It's really annoying when you get on a long kill streak

If you do end up getting hit just Mac Spoof to change your IP

People like that just make me angry. I don't know see the point of them doing that. its just pointless and illegal.
