I'm basically wondering if the rooftop rumble gets double RP as well, and can you host it for me if it does please?

it isn't really 2x RP. There is a Limit of 5000-5300Rp.
I recommend you do the "Mixed up With Coke" Speedrun Method. You can earn 5200~RP in 30Seconds.
