I have a PVR 2 but streaming support for this card is terrible, Xsplit is very buggy...
Im looking to buy a new one I`m thinking to buy live gamer HD or Elgato, but my PC is not very good...

I would recommend the Elgato Game Capture because it has very good quality and it's very portable.

I would recommend the elgato because of it's efficiency and reputation. I am planning on buying on myself this week, mainly because it is on sale on amazon for $150 and it is just an all around good product.

I think this woud be your best option for streaming: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Not every is able to use it though since you need a desktop with a open PC-I express slot.

The HD PVR 2 and Elgato HD would be the next best thing.

I would say the Elgato, I've streamed with it before, but make sure you have a decent PC for the job. Mine couldn't handle it really.
