Hello fellow members here at the TTG PC forum, recently last month I have bought a Gefore GTX 660 Superclocked Editon graphics card. Specifically this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] While I have installed this one after playing with it for awhile. I have sort of recently been looking at the fps I have been getting in my games and its been quite low. As in my old graphics card had gotten better frames than this one. I didn't know how but my old GTX 650 Ti BOOST had done better in games. This GTX 650 Is my old I graphics card. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I just don't know why? Could I have some help. I know this could be possible but I'm just confused. Thank you.

It could something to do with the CPU bottlenecking the GPU.

It could be because the cpu isnt good enough for the newer one.

1. Card isn't getting enough power
2. Card is getting too hot and underclocking itself to prevent overheating
3. Outdated drivers.

Thank you for all that replied. I will hopefully be getting a new CPU soon as I do know my CPU is fairly bad. Thank you once again.

What is your CPU? Under no circumstances will the faster card that uses the same driver be slower.
