okay im sorry i cant make a video for this but will try my best to describe how to do it!
so ive got a really high internet connection and xlag does nothing for me so download net tools 5 and use the UDP flooder set the settings speed to 10 and in the first bar to 27.27.27.27 then the second one you wana copy and paste date with a space loads of times enough so that when you confirm the job and you go into the clouds it says unavailable when it does this you got enough lag now try again but after you press confirm and it sends you into the clouds turn it off and on and off again with like 3 sec breaks so that you get to the menu then turn it on! set laps 99 start race as fast as you can and you shouldnt see the world record this really should work for you cause i have over 30mb fibre optic broadband and im using a cable and it working for me

it still wont work. i ran 4 lag programs at once, xlag 2, xlag 3, net tools 5, and udp unicorn. i still wont work and wont kick me off the servers. this is annying!

just run net tools how many data's you pasting if you do enough you will get the unavailable message

I made so many datas that if i do any more it will go blank. i have a saved file and ive used net tools for months. so i have the perfect ammount of data

all i can say is for you to paste more? i held ctrl +v for about 2 mins and then i got the rockstar is unavailable message if your not getting that then i dont know how maybe run some torrents in the background
and what is your internet speed?

no, it just wont work. i got it to work and the world record time wasnt there, and then i get to about 10 seconds into the race and the world record would appear
make sure you dont turn the lag switch off during the race bud!
