Have you yourself plan to buy all the Necessary materials to mod systems? Like are you gnna buy all the Chips, nand flashers, and wires that your "Production team" needs? How are you gonna trust your production team? How is the money gonna be handled? Do you have "Insurance" meaning, what if one of your Producers mess up a RGH, how do you plan to compensate the buyer that sends in the console? Do you have any systems in stock? How do you plan to fix RROD consoles? Are you gonna Reball/Reflow them, or just use quick tricks? If someone comes to you with issues they are having, do you even know how to help them through it? These are questions that you should be able to answer with full paragraphs before you consider starting this business. I'm not hating, I'm just preventing someone who comes off as never doing a RGH install from jumping the gun on an "Idea" they have.

Unless you have the skills to RGH/JTAG consoles (And knowledge of them) OR lots (And I mean LOTS) of money to invest into someone who DOES have the skills, you're not going to get a team together.

Why would you need a team of multiple people for a JTAG/RGH business?

If you can't solder or can't solder well, your "business" isn't going to be good.

Also if you cant RGH your own console others won't want you to RGH theirs.
