Not at all. Don't even bother. Excuse of a gaming PC. Wouldn't even call it a gaming PC.

Don't listen to this kid, he doesn't know what he's talking about.
AMD FX-4130 3.80GHz Quad-Core - AMD are great for gaming, this specific processor will get the job done, but if you're looking for multitasking, go with an Intel i5/i7.
8GB Ram - More than enough, if you use it and feel as if you need more, feel free to stick an extra 8GB in! BUT MAKE SURE TO USE THE SAME RAM STICK!
1TB HDD - This is ideal, 1TB will be more than enough for you, I don't think you'll be installing that many games..
Genuine Windows 8.1 64-bit - Windows 8 is better for gaming than 7, look it up.
NVIDIA GeForce GT610 1GB Video Card - This is a good budget graphics card, maybe try looking into an Nvidia Gefore 750 TI 2GB GDDR5 ram. A very, very good card! I used to use this myself on my other computer, it's a great card and for the price, can't go wrong!
Hope I helped!
