ok so my gamertag has season pass for cod ghosts and I made a new gamertag so how would I transfer my season pass from my gamertag to my new gamertag?

If you're on the console on which you downloaded the season pass then there should be no need but if not then I think you'd have to recover your old GT then license transfer onto the new console then download it
