well if you are going to buy a rgh or jtag xbox just for mods on call of duty then dont even waste your money on one just go buy a flashed dvd drive and do iso mods

Yes you can. Just not multiplayer.
Campaign can be modded any way you want with .iso modding.

What else can you with rgh's / Jtags? I know you can do Gamertag spoofing and Play any game. But what else can you do?

You can basically turn your xbox into a gameboy, PSP, PS1, original xbox, DS, ect with emulation.

You can play a service called LiNK which is only available to RGH/JTAG users, it's like XBL but for exploited consoles.
