Hey guys

do you think this PC could handle it ? (Yes I know that Intel is better....)

Motherboard: AsRock Extreme 3 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Palit Jetstream (2048mb)
RAM: 16GB (4x4GB) Kingston HyPer X Beast T3
Power Supply: CoolerMaster Silent Pro M2 (850 Watt)
HDD/SDD: 3TB Seagate NAS ST3000VN000/ 128GB SanDisk

Video rendering is mainly CPU heavy, (unless you use GPU accelerated rendering) you're 4.0GHz should do pretty well.

Intel is the better choice out of the two hands down. the i7 will be far more efficient at rendering tasks.

What's your budget for the build, assuming that it would be a new build. You'd be better off with two 8GB sticks so they ran in dual channel mode, four sticks will not. Also that power supply is really average at best and is overkill for your usage.
