Hacks.... No, but there is a jailbreak app called imodgame that you can look up.

To be honest, if there were any hacks out for clash of clans there would be no point in doing them as supercell does a outstanding job to end all players accounts that are hacking.

Get a repo called repo.hackyouriphone.com and find xmodgame. There you can find a coc hack that let's you search loot and attack any member you want.
