I believe you need to root your phone on your computer. And if you go on the browser you can find modded "apks" for a certain game you want modded.

May or may not have been patched. My phone has been broken for months.

Depends on the phone that you have... different phones have different methods for rooting.

As for finding "modded" games, try looking searching for them on Google: type something along the lines of "modded <insertgamehere> apk"

There is alot of apps out there that root your phone.
the one i used was this chinese one you can find on youtube. (Fast)
