Why do you launch using a disk? Didn't you install everything on FSD or XexMenu?

That does not mean he is necessarily using a disk. But if you installed everything and you have the disk in take the disk out.
If you don't have the disk try another default_mp.xex

I had this problem and fixed it because I had a tu6 patch and my TU files were on TU8.

completely delete like the whole installed file of the game. you probably have more than one mod menu with different patch names and it doesnt know which to load.

This means that the menu you are using is either corrupt, or your default_mp.xex hasn't had the CRC checks removed.
Try iKonroi tu8 menu, and download a modded default_mp.xex to run it.

If I was you I would delete mw2 from the hard drive and install a fresh copy of it. Then put the mods on and see if you get the error. If you do, then you know it is the mods and you need to try some other ones.
