Go to the Impound lot
Run along alleyway until 75% down it then hop down the wall on your right
climb on the metal box to get to the roof (you will now have a wanted level)
Go to metal door(You will begin to lose the wanted level)
Now tape down your right analog so you camera angle changes so you dont get kicked out of the session

Not the fastest way to level up but I guess its afk so you can leave it over night or when you are out,
