I load up default_mp.xex right before it says "XboxLiveLogon" and it still doesn't work. I wait a few seconds, still nothing. What am I doing wrong here?

Is there still files in the TU18 folder that you put in the bo2 directory?

It just copies them over and I just hit CRTL + A to select them all and I drag it over. Then I move the folder into the directory, shut off my console, wait a few seconds, and then boot the .xex.

He forgot to close the sockets
so when it reaches max, it will think it is comming from another connection
and let them on

Enjoy it when you can its about to be fixed in 30min.
