I don't understand how people are having issues with this. I've used this menu like 10 times now and not once i have not loaded it incorrectly.

have you deleted the black ops 2 title update from your HDD with this xex being patched with TU18??

No, all i have did was follow the instructions and thats it.

I will try without the update see if that makes any difference

Its a really good menu also.
