Hey guys I'm just asking for some opinions on hotswapping. I have made modded ISO discs for WaW and I've never gotten to it to actually open my xbox up and hotswap. I'm just seeing if you guys think it's worth going through all that to use?!

I've hotswapped two Xbox's. It is worth it. Your Xbox won't break if you properly cover it when you're done hotswapping. Ex. place your Xbox in its case but to not fasten it shut, or use wax paper to prevent dust from getting into the Xbox. Furthermore, do not touch the DVD laser! If you do not plan to install the modded iso, then make sure you have enough money to get multiple copies of WAW.

Youd be better off just flashing the drive especially if you have a phat console.

Do you have the required parts? Hotswapping is much easier than flashing I warn you. Flashing requires many more parts and my fry your Xbox's DVD drive. Not saying it will, but be wary and do not flash the drive if you do not know what you are doing! A tutorial should be under the tutorials section on TTG. Let me know if you need any more help.

In my opinion, I think if you just flash it, then it's virtually the same. Well, to me it is

I personally think WHY Hotswap when you can just flash your Xbox Drive.
To hotswap you will need to open your Xbox up, what if it's in your living room IT WILL LOOK UGLY.
So I think you should Flash your Xbox

After you have installed your modded ISOs after hot swapping you can put your xbox back together as if it had never been opened
