It's an improvement from your last one but you're still a bit rusty. The text is just too dull and too plain. You need to add some FX to your GFX if you know what I mean!

As said above, it's an improvement from your last, but still needs improvement.
You can see where you have duplicated and flipped the lightening bolt to make it go right across. Try and blend them together to make it less obvious.
The background is relatively dark compared to the text and lightening. Try darkening the text, or lightening the background.
That's the main points, but you are improving ;)
