You should unscrew the front of the console and get the disc out that way. Or alternatively, you could prise the tray open with a knife but this may cause more damage.

Put your xbox flat. Press the eject button and hit the top of your xbox (lightly not hard obviously) and the disk tray ejects. This works for my xbox not sure if it will help you but you could always try it if you are desperate
