Monitor-

Total-
$677.97 (not including shipping)

and you can get free 4-7 day shipping on windows 7 and the monitor. and shipping for your parts should be under $20(Should Be)
That's a pre-built and it sucks. This is the PC building section, don't recommend pre-builts to people, especially when they're that bad. It doesn't even have a GPU.

OP-The monitor EVCzBuRGR suggested is terrible, don't get it. The one you asked about is alright, but the one in the build I recommended is also perfectly fine, and it's $30 less expensive.

No actually if you had looked you would notice that it is a parts bundle. it is not a prebuilt.

It's still a horrible build for $500. No dedicated graphics card and a horrible case. $500 could be spent much more wisely on components. Also, the "bundle" is $495, the monitor is $180 and the OS is $100. That would make the total price $775, which is $75 over OPs budget and $100 more expensive than you stated.

It is within budget yesterday and still is. and I'm not sure where you are saying it is $75 dollars more and over his budget when i have the all parts, operating system, and monitor which all total to $677.97 which is below $700.
