So, I have a problem.. When I go to download things on uTorrent, steam, origin or whatever it might be things still are pretty fast, but it's just not matching what it should be? On Ookla SpeedTest my download speed displays that from my provider, Bournemouth as I live in the south west of England on the lower coast is about 8 to 9+ Mbs, but when I go to download something? Boosh lets just stick that download speed at a 1 Mbs for you. I really dont understand, someone please help me.. Here's screenshots to show you, my IP is Sky for your information;

On uTorrent, above, it usually hits 1Mbs and then drops again, then regains to 1Mbs, on Origin, it's about 1.5Mbs, maybe. Someone please help me on this? Thank you.
