So i just got a roxio capture card, and i dont know how to make the quality good, someone help

I have watched a couple already and when i use the settings they are using mine looks crappy, like its hard to see whats on the screen

I'm not sure how you do it, but on my Elgato I just put the quality to 1080p and "Best" you will have to look up render settings though online
