Three days ago I bought the game f1 2013 off Xbox Marketplace with 50$ I had on my gamertag. Wanted a refund so I chatted with Xbox support for about 30 minutes and finally got my 50$ refunded to my account. Now my question is, is will they take the game away? And if so how? I'm still able to play the game and it's still in my download history. Just curious as if to how they will get the game off my account. Thanks for the help

Presumably your account will be linked to the game. They just unlink it then i guess, but honestly im not too sure really

as long as its on your download history u have it how long has it been since u got refunded

You get to keep the game, and it will stay in your download history. Don't make a claim to often though they will assume marketplace fraud and you will be banned. Look at that face and tell me he wont ban you ;)
