Okay I have 2 profiles and i one is brand new, the other one i play reach alot on but is about to expire soon. Is there anyway i can extract my gpd etc. and get my rank the same in my new profile?! +50 rep if you can help!

Yes, use Le Fluffie to Extract GPD. Then transfer it to your new account and rehash/resign.
