Ok so a while back I got banned for a recovery not Perma though will I get banned if I get another recovery and get caught or will I get console banned?

If I get banned again after my first will I get Perma account or less?

Probably a perma-ban considering it was modding that you were suspended for.

I would hold off, especially since things are bit touchy right now in terms of all the GTA 5 bans and everything. I just would wait til another day and make sure you do everything as carefully as possible. You can never be to cautious.
