Can anyone tell me how to set it up it would be extremely helpful.
Would this be similar to like a bo2 tool setup?

I bought sable 2 weeks ago and been hosting cod. But now I want to switch over to modding GTA 5.

The file does not exist? could you name the tool that you're trying to use please?

Looks simple

All u gotta do is set the plugin

Like xrpc, jrpc, rpc ect

Then connect tool
