i have att u-verse and we love it very fast very realiable.

I have sky and in my opinion I don't think its the best.

Damn that good! Mine is 10-1, usually get about 1.2Mb download and .1Mb upload.. Very slow for uploading YouTube videos.. :/

Holy crap that is fast. I need that.
I have TalkTalk and it is probably one of the crappiest ISPs in the UK. It has only worked for 20 minutes in the past two weeks (when I switched) and I only got:
65ms (Ping)
3.11mbps (Download)
1.45mbps (Upload)
