I get an upgrade in September and I was wondering if I have to take my phone with me because it's jail broken and my laptops broke so i can't restore my phone to an old back up, if someone can tell me I'll appreciate it

iPhone 5S. Or i would go with a Samsung or something like that.

Do you mean do they take your old phone when you do the upgrade with a plan? Yes, just erase all content from the settings when you go to hand it in. Problem solved.

In the UK you get to keep the phone so...

Go to a buddy's house and restore the device to a new state there?

Do they look at your phone or anything? Could I just leave it at home?

If you do that it will just brick your phone do not every erase your content from settings with a jailbroken phone.

I got to keep my iphone4 when i upgraded it to a galaxy s4. Sold it for 100 bucks to. I have verizon btw.

You wont get in trouble for having a jailbroken phone. They wont need to go through your phone, i doubt you even need it period, they might only need to get the sim Card if you want it.
