You can rank up without kills which has proven the "KD theory wrong months ago. Stats do not aid in ranking up. Rounds to downs have been confirmed by the developers and proven over and over to be the way to rank up. If you think it's KD then why don't you have them? Prove when and where the developers states it's about KD.

on my second account i glitched all the way to shotguns. And i suck at zombies. I go down by round 5 everytime i play on that account and i still have shotguns. But a 250 KD, explain that...

You know who Jimmy Zielinski is, right? I'm pretty confident in saying that what he says about ranking up in zombies is pretty reliable. Just gonna throw that out there.
