So I'm trying to get my retail in to my jtags system link game, but my retail can't find my jtags game they both are connected to my router through wireless adapters
Any help?

Yes, I'm pretty sure they have to be on the same dashboard.
Also, make sure LiNK is disabled in FSD and that you're on the same LAN network.

Try connecting the consoles together with just an Ethernet cable. Not by going through a router. This would show if there is a problem with your connection.

Go to settings > Plugins > F3 Plugin > UNCHECK "Enable LiNK"
