Can i Pre order at GameStop and pick it up on Nov 3rd?

Does the $60.00 Edition allow you to pick it up on Nov 3rd or do you have to get the ATLAS Edition?

You have to have any of the collectors editions sadly but it's still cool to get it on the 3rd

they all have it. I'm getting the Atlas Pro Edition. I really like the metal case
