After a recent thread here, I'm realizing that my internet is actual pretty garbage and can't believe that I didn't get a change yet, I'm using Shaw and It's just terrible. What can I get it changed with? At a price that is similar with the quality?

If your from the UK i would go with Virgin. If your int he US i dont know much but dont Sky do a ISP. If so, go with them.
