Could be because your on your iPad but thats not really amazing. I would switch ISP. Get fiber Optic.

It's decent. My internet speed is horrible. I get around:

- 3.07mbps download
- 1.14mbps upload
- 65ms ping

Horrible right?

My internet is horrible.. my download is 0.80mbs and my download is 0.76mbs but my ping is 38

Everyone saying this is bad just shut up please, this is pretty much the best you can get if you don't got Fibre, its either this around 15-20 or Fibre 10MB-1GB If you have Fibre you should pay to get more if you dont got Fibre this is more than enough.

Its not amazing, but I have seen people that have internet that is a lot worse... The upload could be a bit better, but the download is okay.

It's not really. I have 50/5, and that's pretty good in the US. If you live in the US you have a decent connection if you live any other 1st world country it's bad.
