I only have $20000 on GTA Online and I want more money but don't want to cheat. Is there any ways of me making money without playing rooftop rumble or coveted over and over again?

Try racing, but turn off custom cars since you're probably a low level and your ride isn't all suped up. Other than that, rooftop rumble and potshot are good mission. You can do survivals and if you reach level 10 you'll make a ton of money. You can find cars that simeon needs. Armored trucks will get you some cash, but the difficulty is trying to find them.
