You run the risk of having the account banned when using invisible classes

Well its tough say really as there is always a risk in any modding of any sort. You could get banned from your Profile and then again you might receive a console ban at the same time. It all depends really. Take Gears of War 3 for example(I know their not the same game but modding still applies to both) if you were to mod gears 3 they could ban your account from playing online multiplayer. In GoW3's case you wouldn't be able to make another account and expect to play multiplayer with the new account.

Its all up to M$ if they want to give you a Account or Console ban really, if they see it as a Severe problem with you(If you've gotten other reports on you)

But if you play it safe there is a LESS chance of being banned at all. NO guarantees but if you don't go like lets say 108-0 with in the first few minutes every game then there is a less chance you know what i mean. Keep in mind that other players will see your Gamer tag even tho you are invisible well at least that is with BO1 you can.

Just keep it safe and you shouldn't have to mind
