If you are talking about the YouTube partnerships, then I can tell you a little about Freedom. The first thing you need to do is make sure you signed in with the right google account and that you have linked up the correct YouTube account, if not, you will not see the "Learn More" button on your youtube dashboard. Ad far as the Welcome to Freedom email goes, it took me around 3 days before I got mine. So just be patient. You can send me a PM later if you have some more questions.

Well this should be in the "YouTube forums" but for me Freedom only took about 10 minutes..
