I could only find old profile mods with only some of the star heads in the archives on TTG. I decided to take it upon myself to get an updated profile with all the star heads (you're welcome).

Just inject the profile into a USB with Horizon and trade the heads with your main profile.
If you ever lose the heads or trade them with someone else, just delete the profile in Horizon and inject it again.
