It's been said 20 is the cap right, now but that seems very low as 8 in the beta took no time at all to get too, we'll have to wait until info is released on the topic.

20 is the soft cap. After 20, instead of XP you get Motes of Light which bring up your equipment level instead of your character level.

After reaching Lvl 20, Mote Of Light is required to progress in level.

The level was only capped for the beta your going to be able to surpass level 20 i my cap was at level 8. If you couldn't surpass level 20 thee enemies wouldn't have question marks over their head where their level should be.

do you think it might be like reach where they add an update and through a bunch of ranks in too the game?

or do you have to be a higher level to see higher stuff. like since if your level 8 and you can see level 20.... could you be like 35 and see level 50 gear?

im pretty sure theres more then just 20 levels as in the beta i had a level 58 gear so imo its going to be around 60 dont quote me on that
