I just bought the digital version of call of duty ghost and when it tries to load it keeps freezing and I deleted it and reinstalled it and it is still doing it please tell me what to do.

Have you tried power cycling your Xbox? I get this issue sometimes and power cycling solves it for me.
You can do it by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds and this will shut it off completely. After you do this just turn your console back on and see if Call of Duty Ghosts will load.
