Have you tried deleting one TU18?

Also how are you downloading it form Xbox Live?(Sorry haven't kept up with the new Live files and such)

Have you tried installing it Manually?

yeah, the title update that I installed, I downloaded it manually.

By downloading it from xbox live, It's just like when you're on retail, It asks you to update and then you'd update.

I deleted all of my TU's from FSD and currently trying to download the one BO2 gives me to update.

Oh ok thanks for clearing that up, do you have a Modded Default.Xex Installed? But if you did a Fresh re installment then you shouldn't have that problem.

I heard from someone that it could be a Short in your RGH its pretty common but i doubt that's whats causing it for you
