welcome everyone,
Today there will be a GTA IV role-play due to its more enjoyable for the people who role-play on it and people tend to behave also. For you to be able to get inn you must follow these steps and rules,

Step 1. If you have mods let me know, Because if you don't tell me and my menu does you will be instantly kicked
Step 2. Must act realistic and professionally through the game
Step 3. Must follow all road laws and traffic laws

Rules:

No Stealing Cop cars
Don't be a Constant problem in the game or lobby
Must have a mic
Must have at least 2 years of roleplaying experience
You can only Run after 3 citations given
Don't stop at traffic stops
Don't be immature


Modders Rules:
No Freezing
No Spawning tugs
No object spawning
No god mode
No invisibility
No speed mod or boost


Dont abuse your mods otherwise ill kick you before you can open your menu, If you would like to join this role-play than do the following.
RSVP either COP, Civilian, or Modder Cop, Modder Civilian.

This Game will commence in 1hr 30Minuets

can't really say tbh, all i can tell you its a mod loader i can list the menus if you like
