I don't think there is a way out ATM. Don't do the crime if you cant do the time.

Yeah i agree do the pay the time but my crime was ina car meet and some modder started pooping money on me :/

I don't know if Rockstar will help you at all, but all I can think of is ask them. They probably have a lot of people asking for help though so don't get your hopes up.
