I am really curious to know how some pros have smurfs that are level 30 but have like 20 wins?

ex. (TSM Bjergson smurf) (ARAM he only has 2 wins)

Easy, they purchase the smurfs for like $20 from sites like sythe.

They probably just buy them and use them to smurf on Ranked, not Normals.

They play for Riot Games. Therefore promoting their game. That is one of the perks for playing in the top notch play.

Some players get them for free from Riot with everything unlocked, some powerlevel them in 3v3 bot games using insane XP boosts, some buy them.

Riot doesn't always give them out, sometimes they give them out as a challenge to players to see who can climb the fastest in certain time in s3 they did something similar.

Riot does give them accounts. Bjergsen has had this account since season 3, but just changes the name of this account every once in a awhile.
